Rose Sealey

1957 - 2013

Rose was a fun loving lady, who embraced life to the full. She moved to Bristol and found a love for the Guitar, Motorbikes and modeling on the Bristol Fountain. She had a huge love of Cats.

Rose had a knack of adopting her furry friends and ended up having quite a gang.. She loved Greece and America. Kefalonia, Crete and Cyprus was amongst her favourite places to visit. She was very passionate about speaking Greek and if you ever went away with her, you would know she was very good at it.. often having long conversations with the locals and the locals even commented on how well she spoke. She was a party girl and loved dancing.. often greek dancing and in particular, greek dancing on the table (quiet wobbly!) in Lassi, Kefalonia. she had a wicked sense of humour and was great at the Irish Accent.. to be sure... She was a very intelligent lady but would always make everyone around her feel like the had something to contribute to the world. Her career took her into Senior management where she managed 30-40 team of staff in her department. Rose was always very fair and would listen to all sides of the story before advising. She would never judge and would always try and make everyone feel happy.. she was never ever glum. Hopefully this has given you a small memory of Rose, if you have anything to add please do so... Rose found great comfort in her final days here on planet earth and St Peters care, patience, love and devotion helped her so much and she would be very proud and supportive of everything they do.. so Yammas (cheers in Greek) Rosa! x

Thanks Hev for running for Rose . St. Peter's was Rose's sanctuary, it made all the difference when she could not cope with home anymore - it's a wonderful place with wonderful staff and volunteers - nothing can bring my twin back but I will always be grateful for their love and care 🌹
