Volunteer in our Shops

Retail Volunteering

Our charity shops raise over £2 million each year for patient care. Shop volunteers play a vital role in making our shops an attractive, friendly and inviting place for our customers. We'd love you to be part of our amazing team of over 1000 shop volunteers!

As we learn to live with Covid we expect you may have some questions about joining us at this time. In line with Government guidance, we continue to adopt a precautionary approach and have retained some measures to reduce the risk of transmission.

  • We have regular cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in place.
  • Mask wearing is personal choice and not mandatory. We will continue to provide PPE where appropriate, including sneeze screens on our tills.

Click on the options below to find out about the different retail roles. You can then register your interest by completing the online form on each page.
