Thank you for donating your items to the Hospice and helping us be here for our patients and families when it matters most. Please choose how you would like to donate:
All our shops have now re-opened. Please check individual shop opening times and days and whether they are able to accept donations.
Thank you to so many of you for donating, but please only bring a small number of bags with you. With limited storage space, and certain Covid restrictions still in place, our stock rooms fill up quickly. Shops have to stop accepting donations once their stock room is full each day, so if you are making a special journey to donate, please call ahead to check that your chosen shop is still accepting donations that day. Some shops are only accepting donations on certain days or between certain times - please check the details of your local shop to avoid disappointment.
As always, we can only accept donations that are good enough quality to be sold on in the shops. There are a number of items that we are unable to take in our shops. Please take a look at the full list of items we are unable to accept here. When we receive things that are dirty, broken or poor quality, the Hospice has to pay for them to be taken away which is money we would rather spend on patient care.
Please don't leave anything outside the shops, as this is classed as fly-tipping and you may be fined. Please also note, our donation station at Avonmouth and our mobile donation stations are now closed. Thank you.
The Hospice has partnered up with Clicksit so that you can post your donations to us for free. Each freepost donation can weigh up to 10kg and be up to 60cm x 50cm x 50cm in size.
We would love to accept your quality pre-loved goods that are in excellent condition. If you loved it, someone else will, too! Right now, we are especially in need of:
Please wrap any fragile items carefully so they don't get damaged on their way to us.
You might have been having a declutter during lockdown, but we would appreciate you holding on to bulkier items until our shops re-open. At the present time, please don't send us:
Also, we are unable to take a number of items either by post or in our shops. Please take a look at the full list of items we are unable to accept here.
All donated items need to be in a good, sellable condition. There are also certain items that we cannot sell for legal and safety reasons. Collecting items that we cannot sell in our shops will translate into a cost for disposal for the Hospice.
Please take a look at the list below to find out which items we are not able to take.
