Pauline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was loved by so many and will be missed immensely. She was taken far too young and quickly, but was surrounded by loved ones at the very end. We can't imagine a world without her.
She spent her last few days at home but the family would like to thank St. Peter's Hospice for all that they do for families like us.
