Lin Pratt

1950 - 2020

In memory of a wonderful Wife, Mum and Nanny who will be greatly missed by all of us and everyone who knew her.

We would like to express our thanks to all of the staff and volunteers at St Peters Hospice.
When Mum first arrived we were all so grateful of the services and amazing facilities that the hospice provided. There were lovely areas for family to relax and make endless cups of coffee and the staff and volunteers worked tirelessly making the care and the environment the best it could be.
Unfortunately, as the Covid-19 restrictions kicked in, it became apparent that we would need to get Mum home so that we could all be with her. The staff helped us prepare for this providing equipment, information and support and then once home they continued to provide that support.
