In memory of Julie Harvey. Wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Julie's last days were spent comfortably at St Peter's Hospice, after a brave 2-year battle with a brain tumour. Staff treated her with kindness and care throughout.
Julie had a larger than life personality and there was never a dull moment when she was around. A keen cyclist, swimmer and triathlete she was always up for a challenge.
Her family and friends will be forever grateful for the love and care she received and want to honour her memory by raising money for St Peter's Hospice with a series of charity events.
We'll be baking, walking, running, cycling and taking part in events as Julie's Angels.
Thank you for your kind donations. We hope this money will help other families benefit from the wonderful care and services that the hospice provides.
You may notice that our website has a new look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support, so our refreshed branding aims to help break down misconceptions about who we are and what we do.
This is part of a bigger piece of work for us - we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
