Bernice has left a huge mark on the world in so many ways through her family, friends, church and community. Always determined, ambitious and always able to make things happen. A true pioneer. Missed already by more than she could ever imagine.
Bernice always loved a quote and we wanted to share a couple of quotes we found in her handwriting and on the same piece of paper a few days before she passed away. It shows both her spiritual faith and her incredible fighting spirit at the same time.
Accept what is.
Let go of what was.
Have faith in what will be.
God knows what he's doing.

And never give up!
She loved life and fought until the end but now is the time to rest. At least for a while!

So many happy memories with you Bernice. Marlene and I are missing an important member of our happy trio! We will cherish those memories until we meet again for more mischief making.
