Gift Aid Declaration

Gift Aid Declaration

St Peter's Hospice can claim Gift Aid on any donations received within the last 4 years. You may have donated to the Hospice within that time but our records may not show whether we can claim Gift Aid for your donation. By completing the declaration below, you are giving St Peter's Hospice permission to claim that extra 25p for every £1. It only takes a few minutes and you will not need to complete another declaration unless your circumstances change.
