For a beautiful strong woman who was loved so much.
Beautiful, funny, loving, but most of all strong. A wonderful mother who would give everything just to make us happy. She fought so hard to try and stay with us and was more worried about our fears than the pain she was faced with.
Dr Clare Kendall along with her team from St Peters Hospice assisted us in caring for mum in her final days and we can never thank them enough.
So devastated you have been taken from us so soon but we will keep our promise to remain strong and look after each other and dad.
Miss you so much our hearts aches.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I have great memories of your mum and my mum shouting their heads off supporting us when we were running cross country competitions at school. Definitely made me run faster! Condolences to you and your family. Xx

This is part of a bigger piece of work for us - we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
