Alan passed away peacefully, following a short illness, at home on 30/4/22 surrounded by his family. In his final weeks he was supported and cared for by the St Peters hospice team together with district nurses. He also experienced a short stay at the Hospice for treatment. We are so incredibly grateful for the care he received and the support given to us as a family. The St Peters hospice team of hospice staff and hospice at home staff are amazing people. I am not sure how we could have managed without them.
You may notice that our website has a new look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support, so our refreshed branding aims to help break down misconceptions about who we are and what we do.
This is part of a bigger piece of work for us - we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
