Rotary Dragon Boat Festival 2026

Enter a Dragon Boat Team and race for St Peter's Hospice! 

Looking for a fun, energetic way to bring people together while supporting an incredible cause? Bristol Breakfast Rotary are again holding their wonderful Dragon Boat Race on the harbourside this summer, recruiting teams to fill boats and race for good causes.

Taking place at Baltic Wharf, Bristol, on Sunday 28 June 2026, this full-day spectacle brings together up to 36 teams for friendly competition, team building, and plenty of laughs. No experience is needed - just enthusiasm, team spirit, and the ability to swim 50 yards.

The organisers provide everything: boats, paddles, buoyancy aids, and expert instruction. Fancy dress is encouraged (with prizes!) and there will be a barbecue in celebration afterwards.

Expect camaraderie, competition, and a memorable day on the water - all while making a meaningful difference.

Each team must consist of a crew of 17 (or minimum of 13) including a drummer, and it costs £550 to enter the team. We then encourage you to fundraise as much as you can, and all totals raised will be split equally between St Peter's Hospice and the Bristol Breakfast Rotary. We are here to support your fundraising and will be cheering you on every step of the way!
