A Good Way to Die?

Providing personalised care for people approaching the end of their life involves finding opportune moments to talk sensitively about their priorities. We know that deciding the right way to approach end of life conversations can be difficult - but enabling people to talk about and plan ahead can influence the quality of end of life care offered to them and their families.

This one-day course is suitable for any registered practitioner (Nurse, AHP, Dr) working with adult patients with long-term conditions / life limiting illness within South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset
