In our shops
1. Complete a simple form to join the scheme - download one here or ask in the shop. This gives your permission and confirms that you are a UK taxpayer. Take this to the shop with your donated goods and we will give you a Donor ID card with a unique donor number on it.
2. Show your card every time you donate goods at any St Peter’s Hospice shop and we’ll be able to track how much we raise from your items.
